Memorial Day Weekend - Day 1 (Saturday)

Saturday morning, we all woke up around 6:30am (yeah, small babies will do that to ya...no more sleeping late!). Vic decided to cut the grass before we headed to Garry and Mona's for the weekend. Rob, Valerie and the boys (Wesley and Andrew) were going to be there camping out by the small lake on Garry's ranch.

Here are some pics from Day 1 - Saturday -- a day of some fishing in Garry's man made lake -- some drinking (Vic was drinking his new favorite beer - Leffe Blonde -- which, by the way, can NOT be found ANYWHERE in the Greater Corpus Christi area -- so if you're wanting to buy some...you'll have to go to Spec's). Garry was filling up on a 12 pack of Spaten Optimator. Rob was sticking to a more traditional Coors Light and Val was hitting a few smirnoff coolers.

Let's go down to Luckenbach, Texas...

Luckenbach, Texas -- Yup, Shelley, Graciela and Vc3 decided to go visit the famous Luckenbach, Texas. Know by the famous song Luckenbach, Texas (Back to the Basics of Love)

We actually went to go visit Garry and Mona (Shelley's dad and step-mother) in the Lake Buchanan area. Here's a few pics from that weekend. After living in Corpus for almost 3 full months...Victoriano needed to get his Luckenbach fix...a cowboy hat, 3 shiners and a t-shirt later...we were ready to roll back to Austin.

Oh --- I almost forgot to mention....Grace is walking!!
